Balloon Arch Builds
A frame-first arch in latex and foil, clustered by colour family and tied to a measured span so the doorway keeps its clearance. We size the arch to the room, inflate on site and leave the base hidden under fabric.

Streamer Table Styling
Hanging ribbon curtains, folded napkin stacks and a colour run that follows the table edge. The streamer table is dressed in layers so guests see movement from standing height and texture from seated height.

Banner Wall Hire
Letter bunting, printed backdrop panels and a clip rail that hangs flat against brick, plaster or glass. We bring the wall, the letters and the fixings, then level the whole run before the first guest arrives.

Gift Wrap Counters
A wrapping station with paper rolls on a rail, ribbon spools in a tray and a tidy queue line. Guests bring a gift and leave with a finished parcel, wrapped while they wait at the counter.

Kids Party Packages
A complete package for smaller rooms: arch, table styling, banner wall, low counter and a pack-down crew booked in the same visit. Everything is chosen for short attention spans and quick cleanup.

Venue Pack-Down Crews
A trained crew returns after the event, deflates the arch, coils the streamers, strips the banner wall and sweeps the floor. We photograph the room before and after so the venue sees the condition it handed over.

A working studio, not a storefront
Lit Celebration Shop Inc. is a small design and build shop in the west end of Toronto. Our bench is a long plywood counter, our walls are covered in bunting samples, and the back room holds rolls of tissue, latex, foil and ribbon in every shade we keep in stock. When a client books a celebration, the first job is a walk of the room: where the light falls, where the door swings, how tall the ceiling is and where guests will naturally gather. From those notes we draw the arch span, the table run and the banner wall width, and only then do we start to inflate anything.
The six builds you see above are the core of the work. Balloon Arch Builds give a doorway or stage a frame. Streamer Table Styling turns a plain trestle into a centrepiece. Banner Wall Hire gives the room a face for photographs, while Gift Wrap Counters keep gifts moving and guests busy. For smaller rooms we assemble the whole set as Kids Party Packages, and at the end of the night a Venue Pack-Down Crews team restores the space. Each service can stand alone, and most clients pair two or three of them for a single evening.
We are careful about structure. Balloon arches are built on frames, not on hope, so they hold their shape through a long evening and a warm room. Ribbon is tied off at both ends so a table cannot unravel when a guest leans against it. Banner walls are clipped, weighted and checked at the corners, because a backdrop that sags in the middle ruins every photograph taken in front of it. The gift wrap counter carries its own paper rail and a spool tray, so the wrapping station stays tidy after the twentieth parcel.
Our palette is drawn from a workshop under warm lamps: tissue cream, confetti ink, balloon coral, streamer indigo and a fizz teal borrowed from the drink coolers. We build with solid colour rather than transparency, because a strong edge reads better across a room and photographs cleanly at any hour. That same discipline shows up in the small things, from the candle gold dot on our header to the way a streamer is cut at an angle so the end hangs straight.
Booking runs on a simple calendar. We take a site walk, send a written plan with measurements and a fixed price, confirm a building window, and arrive with a van loaded in build order. Install and pack-down are scheduled on the same contract, so the venue knows the room will be handed back in the condition it was found. For larger rooms we bring a second bench team and split the build into arch, table and wall tracks, which keeps the total install time down and leaves room for a final check under event lighting.
If your celebration is still a sketch on a page, that is a good place to start. Bring the room dimensions, a date and a rough idea of colour, and we will turn it into a plan that fits the space. Our contact page carries the workshop address, business hours and a form that reaches the team directly. We answer enquiries during working hours and confirm every booking in writing before any materials are ordered.
